Returning a package?
If you have a return package that you need shipped back via UPS, FedEx, or another shipping service aside from the U.S. Postal Service, you will need to place a pickup request through that carrier with your building address, OR drop them off at a pickup point for the carrier with a prepaid return label. Items being returned via the US Postal Service can be left with your normal outgoing mail pickup with a prepaid return label or with a department postage slip for charges.
